This study describes numerous characteristics of comorbidities and geriatric syndromes in elderly osteoarthritis patients at the National Geriatrics Hospital. A cross-sectional on 184 knee (OA) aged ≥ 60 years old treated The mean age was 73.12 ± 8.62 years, male accounted for 83.7%. Most participants (85.9%) had experienced 2 sides OA, more than half these (63.6%) were experiencing moderate pain. There 73 with reduced mobility accounting 39.7%. dependency ratio functional activities ADL scale 32.6%, IADL it 35.9%. number using less 5 drugs 45.7%. More survey used polypharmacy 54.3%. a significant association between nutritional status physical function (ADLs IADLs), impaired cognitive function, depression sleep disorder. Geriatric risk malnutrition are common older OA patients, assessment them should be done routinely to early detect activities, cognitions, problems, disturbances progressive symptoms osteoarthritis.
